Coach Joe’s philosophy on training—
I know I can change your body.
I know I can train you to 10% body fat. To a 600 pound deadlift.
I can show you how to develop flexibility and mobility you never dreamed you’d have.
And although we may initially start with just those types of goals in sight, what I'll be looking for in you most of all is personal growth and positive change inside as well as out
As a coach, what I'm much more interested in than just the physical are what beliefs you hold about yourself that are not true.
What dreams have you decided are too big for you to even attempt?
What habits have you decided are too hard to kick?
What is it that you've decided you just cannot do?
I will search out those limitations you’ve put on yourself. They're not real. And we won't feed them any longer. Consciously or subconsciously.
I will identify them, and I will—with your help—remove them from your identity.
Through my training you will overcome them and you will stand with one foot on their chest in victory as we look out together in search of our next goal to hunt down and master.
And then the next one. And then the next.
We will—together—watch your life change in ways you never imagined.
